Our Process
STEP 1: Receive Client Design Brief
Outsourcing partner sends filled up form including suggestions, materials, directions, and other relevant files to effectively produce the project. This is a filled PDF form to help us quickly understand the design requirments of every project. Different creative briefs for logo and web designs projects.STEP 2: Receive and Acknowledge Request / Update
Once the files have been received, our accounts executive will send an acknowledgement of request including comments and questions (if any) back to our outsourcing partner.STEP 3: Internal Design Process
During this phase, we still start the production process. Take note that there are variations in the design process between logo and web projects.STEP 4: Sending of Design Studies
After we've created a web design mock up or a logo study, we will send you the first draft of our designs.STEP 5: Client Sends their Comments and Recommendations
Once the we've recieved the suggestions of the client, we will then work on it and put it on our production line again.STEP 6: Finalization of the Design
After we've implemented the requests of the client, we then prepare the source files (PSD) for web design (EPS) for logo. Then the design process is finalized.STEP 7: Web Development CSS/XHTML
If the project requires PDF to CSS/XHTML conversion, we will then take the time and breakdown the necessary files and then code it in a W3C standards-based CSS/XHTML file.
